GCSE Results

  • 40% of all grades being A’s and A*’s.

  • 14 students achieved A’s and A*’s in all their GCSE subjects.

  • 72% of students gained A*-C including English and mathematics.

  • 46 students achieved A*/A in 8 or more GCSE subjects.

Particular success in English Baccalaureate subjects where 55% of the students achieved a grade C or above in their GCSE English, Maths, two Sciences, one language and one humanities subject.

Bentley Wood top 1% of schools nationally!

The most important measure of Value Added was a score of 1,062 for Bentley Wood, which is significantly above the national average of 1,000. This score looks at the progress students make from Year 7 in their best 8 subjects including English and mathematics. This is an outstanding achievement.

Exceptional GCSE Achievements - 26 students achieved A*/A in 8 or more GCSEs.

Best ever results for our students studying English Baccalaureate - 5 + A*-C GCSEs in English, mathematics, 2 x sciences, humanities and a language.

Once again we are extremely proud of the girls achieving their very best. This year we have a record number of girls achieving the E-Baccalaureate which is significantly higher than in previous years.
