ParentPay Parent Account Guidance for Parents
ParentPay have recently introduced the Parent Account offering parents and carers a flexible way to top-up, pay and save for items in school. Please see below to view a guide to help you with the changes. You may still pay for individual items in the usual manner or you can top-up ‘the Parent Account’ as a way of saving towards regular costs.
Please be aware that when you top-up the Parent Account, you will still need to allocate the relevant amount to the specific item you wish to pay for, for instance dinner money, in order for your child to use their credit at the till.
