Anthropology Society

Visits the Wellcome Collection

The Wellcome Collection in London is a museum and library displaying a mixture of medical artefacts and original artworks exploring “ideas about the connections between medicine, life and art”.

The Anthropology Society travelled to see a new exhibition called Being Human. Being Human explores what it means to be human in the 21st century. It reflects our hopes and fears about new forms of medical knowledge, and our changing relationships with ourselves, each other and the world.

Students investigated how we as humans care for ourselves and for each other during these times of many challenges that we face.
